Shanks is the homie. He gave me the synth pad you hear at the beginning of the song years ago. Shanks comes from a really special breed of producer and I've always been inspired by him. That meant that if I wanted to do this sample justice, I had to take the back seat for a while, practice on my craft, and learn a great deal, so I could approach this song with confidence. This felt like the perfect closer to this album too as it slowly fades into the howling wolves.
